Having done ceramics for quite some years, but always being bound to the functionality of what I was creating, I was curious to see where one pack (10kg) of clay would get me.
I started out with an exploration in shape, getting a lump of clay from the bag, and literally doing while making, which resulted in a series of 30 clay pieces from one pack of brown clay 0-2mm 40% chamotte.
Following this intuitive exercise, and a weekend where I had gone to a ballpit party and somehow returned home with 9 blue ballpit balls I was handed another pack of white clay as an assignment.
A dream I had had suddenly became reality, the creation of my own little mystical garden.
